TAG encourages involvement of community partners in the development of technology infrastructure planning.
- Community Access Program (CAP) – Aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively. Public locations like schools, libraries and community centres provide computer support and training.
- Regional Network – The Cottage Country Regional Network of 60 CAP sites.
- Local Network – The Local Network consists of 22 CAP sites.
- CAP Youth Initiative – TAG has mentored over 30 youth through this program since 1999.
- The Connected Circuit – Helping community organizations grow through technology.
- Rural Connections – Broadband - Expanding broadband coverage in rural areas of Kawartha Lakes where high-speed Internet service was previously unavailable.
- E-Waste Unplugged - An annual TAG event held in Lindsay to collect electronic waste for recycling, refurbishing and reducing waste which might otherwise end up in landfill.
